We offer discounts for stays 3 days or more. If a suite or cabin appears as "not available," feel free to reach out to us directly, as we may have options available to accommodate your needs, but please understand 1 night rates if available will be higher than the published 2 day rate.
  • Do you allow dogs?
We gladly accommodate up to two dogs in our cabins; however, we do not allow dogs in the Inn. You only pay the pet fee for your 1st stay with us as long as we have a pet waiver on file for your dog and it remains the same dog for subsequent stays.

Cell phone service is sporadic in the mountains. Tmobile works pretty good and Verizon is okay. Cabins do not have a landline, so we recommend enabling Wifi calls on your mobile device.

  • Will I see wildlife during my stay?
We cannot guarantee guests will/will not encounter local wildlife during their stay. All of our cabins are located in the mountains, and as a result you are likely to encounter wildlife (deer, bears, raccoons, snakes and bugs of various types, including wasps and/or scorpions, etc…). All of our cabins do receive bi-monthly pest control, however, because the cabins are located in the woods you may encounter pests of different kinds around the property. Winter is ladybug season in the mountains. We will do everything possible to reduce the ladybug population in and around the property, but you will most likely see ladybugs in or around the cabin. (They do not sting or bit)
  • Do your cabins have stairs?
Some do require steps both inside and out. Please look at each picture carefully. We are transparent and honest with our guests in all aspects, but it is sometimes difficult to gauge what guests consider "too many stairs" as guests opinions, personal experiences, and point of views differ greatly. If you are unsure be sure to ask.
  • Do you allow pets?

Please note, that if you are doing any activities like tubing, waterfall swimming, or swimming, we recommend bringing additional towels.

  • Are your cabins in walking distance of each other?
Yes, they are! Each of our cabins are within walking distance of each other. They are great for groups who want to be close but still want their space and privacy.
  • We are arriving to the mountains early, are we able to get into our cabin early?
As we are able, we welcome early check-ins and late checkouts for a additional fee. However, for our cherished Misty Direct Book returning guests, this perk is complimentary, subject to cabin availability. Otherwise, if you find yourself arriving in the mountains ahead of schedule, we encourage you to explore the charm of the area. Discover the quaint shops and delightful dining options in the historic downtown area of Blairsville, or head over to one of our many wineries. The use of your fire pit or burning fires of any kind is not permitted during these events. If there is a ban in place we will advise you upon arrival.

Bring body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and coffee for a drip coffee maker (we supply the filters), etc.. And if you plan on swimming or tubing be sure to bring swimming towels.
