Unwashed freshly-laid eggs can safely be stored at room temperature for several days or even a couple of weeks. Washed eggs must be stored in the refrigerator. Misty eggs have not been washed. We recommend washing before use & cook throughly. When in doubt you can store eggs in the fridge.
