Misty Mountain sits in the Georgia Blue Ridge, in the quiet Trackrock Valley outside Blairsville. Six private cottages and four lodge rooms, built for rustic comfort rather than square footage: wood-burning fireplaces, full kitchens, covered porches, and firepits, with the mountains doing the rest.

There are no resort crowds here. What you get instead is fresh mountain air, dark skies, and a family-run property that people come back to. We're twenty-one scenic miles from Helen and centrally located for Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, Dahlonega, and everything in between, including the wineries, the waterfalls, and the Appalachian Trail.

We're also a favorite stop for anyone riding the 133-mile North Georgia Motorcycle Gauntlet, one of the best mountain routes in the South. Riders and drivers like the central location and the quiet at the end of a day of curves and climbs.
